Hello, Internet! I’ve recently started out in bullet journaling, and I’m really enjoying it so far. If you don’t know what bullet journaling is, it’s a journal with an organization system that’s completely customizable to you and your preferences. It’s like a mixture of a planner, diary, and a to-do list, and I think this system is a really fun and cool way to keep track of things. They’re good for people who are organized, are into habit tracking and setting goals, and people who like to keep journals and diaries. Obviously, though, these aren’t requirements. There are multitudes of reasons why someone decided to start a bullet journal. Hello, Internet! I’m coming at you today with a new edition of Five Fan Favorites! If you didn’t know, this is a segment I do in which I ask myself five questions (favorite book of the month, favorite book quote of the month, favorite book cover of the month, and favorite word of the month) so you guys can kind of know what cycles through my mind. So, let’s get into it! Favorite Book: If you read my May Wrap Up, you’ll know that I only read one book this month. Shameful, I know, but good thing it was a really good book! My favorite book of the month was Illuminae by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff. The genre was something I wasn’t used to, but the plot was interesting, the characters were great, and the overall experience was amazing. I mentioned this in my Wrap Up, but I love how the book was exclusively multimedia and not just traditional writing. I think it really added to the story and gave it more meaning. The amount of pure shame that I’m feeling right now is so immense that it will never, ever be comparable to any shame I’ve felt in the past. I’m so ashamed. You really have no idea. Favorite Book: My favorite book in the month of April was The Rose & The Dagger by Renee Ahdieh, which is the sequel to The Wrath & The Dawn. You know when you start reading a book and it’s a book you’ve been waiting for but it’s taking you too long to finish it but then you read two other books in the span of three days? Yeah. It sucks. It was taking me a really long time to finish it. I wasn’t in a reading slump, I know that because I finished two other books within three days.
